Foreclosure Help

While attending the NAR Business Conference, I attending a meeting of the NAR Housing Needs Committee of which I am a member. They had a very informative speaker who said that surveys show that over 50% of people facing foreclosure never spoke to their lender about ways to stop the foreclosure. If you are in this situation, please talk to your lender first. They do not want to foreclose on your home if they can help it.

I also discovered that there is a national foreclosure hotline 1-888-955-hope that can help.

You can also call me for help and advise at any time at 1-877-85-Glenn.

New Frontier Implosion

While in Las Vegas attending the NAR business Conference, I witnessed the implosion of the New Frontier Hotel and Casino. My most vivid memory of the New Frontier was that they had a strike in the 1990's that lasted over 6 years and workers picketed the site 24 hours a day for the entire 6 years.

The implosion took place at 2:30 AM this morning and they had a firework show before they blew the building up. It was quite cool.
