Interesting Statistic

The NJMLS just published an interesting statistic. In January 2007, 1,345 units were placed under contract in the mls. In the same month in 2006 there were 1,196 under contracts, 1,192 in 2005, 1,172 in 2004 and 1,116 in 2003. This is the first month that under contracts hasve increased from the year before since January 2006. I don't know at this point what this means, we will have to wait to find that out, but I find it interesting.
