Sorry that it's been a while since I posted. I was out of town last week and have been busy catching up.

Last week I attended the ERA International Business Conference in Las Vegas (that's right, 2 trips to Vegas in 5 weeks, lol), where I spent time learning from high producing agents (1 woman sold over $45 million last year and her average sale was $110,000, amazing) and professional real estate speakers. I also leaned about the new ERA Products and services. One technology item is a new text message service that ERA provides. If a buyer texts a number that appears on the for sale sign to txt era they will get back a text message giving basic info about the house such as # of BRs, # of baths and the price. For example, if you text 2195469 to txt era you will get back info on my new listing at 138 Hobart Ave, Rutherford.
