Glenn Did It Again

One of my listings recently closed. The home at 135 6th Street, Wood-Ridge which is pictured below. This house was listed on 3/4/07 for $390,000 and was reduced on 3/26/07 to $380,000. On 4/12 we received multiple offers on the house, one was chosen and a contract was signed for $375,000. The house closed on 6/13/07.



This shows that even in this market, if a house is priced correctly and is listed with the right agent, it will sell quickly.
