Nice Rutherford rebound in July

As shown in my July Rutherford stat post, Rutherford sales rebounded nicely in July. In June, there was only 10 sales in Rutherford and the average saold price was $445,400. In July there was 18 homes sold and the average sold price was $536,094. This is an increase of almose $100,000 in the average sold price.
