Price Changes

2 of the listing that I have written about in this blog have had price reductions. The home at 138 Hobart Ave in Rutherford has been reduced from $425,000 to $415,000. You can see the previous post on this property here

The office building at Chestnut street has also been reduced. It was listed for $980,000 and it is now $950,000. The post on this listing is here.
